00:00I was at one of P. Diddy's freak-offs.
00:03Freak-offs.
00:04You saw celebrities there that you recognized.
00:07Mm-hmm.
00:08It was a rapper that we all know.
00:11Straight-up porn directed by Diddy.
00:13I'm just grateful to have made it out.
00:15To our new documentary streaming right now on Tubi.
00:18It's called Team Z Presents The Downfall of Diddy Inside the Freak-Offs.
00:22And we've told you over the last couple of days, it's available now streaming on Tubi.
00:27And we've told you about celebrities that, in fact, one person who was at one of these parties
00:33told us about four different celebrities that she saw at that particular party in 2018.
00:39That was 2018.
00:41These are parties that were going on for 20 years, so there are a lot of celebrities involved.
00:46There's a guy named Tony Busby that we interviewed for the documentary
00:49who is representing more than 120 alleged victims.
00:53He has a take on who he wants to go after.
00:57And it's not just people who broke the law, people who did something untoward.
01:03It is bystanders at the party.
01:06Here's what he told us.
01:07In my view, if you were there and you knew somebody was being drugged
01:12because you had seen it happen in a previous party or a previous situation
01:16and you didn't do anything and you allowed it to happen
01:20and you continue to enjoy yourself and party and whoop and holler and have a good time,
01:25as far as I'm concerned, you are just as liable as the individual who shipped the person in,
01:32who paid the persons that were there, who kept them longer than they thought they were going to be there,
01:37who bought the drugs, who took the money out of the bank,
01:42who put the drugs in a little shot of either a lemon shot or some sort of champagne
01:48and participated in this egregious conduct, you're just as guilty as far as I'm concerned.
01:52You know, what he's talking about are two different things.
01:54On the one hand, he's talking about is there legal liability.
01:58He seems to be suggesting there is, but I don't think there really is legal liability.
02:01So what you're really getting down to is the harm that comes to your reputation
02:06by being identified as being there.
02:08That's not a legal claim that he's going to bring.
02:10He's basically saying, if I sue you, and I will, I may or may not win,
02:15but you're going to be named in these lawsuits, and you're going to pay a professional at a personal price for being named.
02:19That's his view, and he starts sending demand letters, which he has, to some of these celebrities.
02:28They're going to look at it, and what are they going to say?
02:30Oh, well, I'd win that lawsuit, or I got to pay some money so he doesn't file.
02:34And that's the game. That is the game in civil lawsuit.
02:39Again, it is on Tubi right now for free.
02:41It's called The Downfall of Diddy. Inside the Freak Offs, available now.
