Marcos leads Navy change of command ceremony

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. leads the Philippine Navy Change of Command and Retirement Ceremony in honor of Vice Admiral Toribio Adaci Jr. at the Philippine Navy Headquarters in Manila on Nov. 15, 2024. Navy vice commander, Rear Adm. Jose Ma. Ambrosio Ezpeleta, succeeded Adaci, who wrapped up his two-year tour of duty.
