00:00You've got Notre Dame, which on here, ranked number nine, taking on Tennessee, ranked number

00:08Now, Notre Dame has been an interesting team to keep tabs on throughout the season.
00:12Tennessee's script can almost be they haven't particularly had the healthiest roster.
00:16They've got a lot of young guys with expectations to carry this team, but what could we potentially
00:20have a Nostradamus moment about Notre Dame versus Tennessee?
00:24I'm so happy you brought up Notre Dame.
00:27Even in the break, I was going to say like, Hey, Casey, let's talk about Notre Dame.
00:31They have actually for ND, right?
00:33One of the most known programs in any sport, they have basically flown under the radar
00:40since week two.
00:41I think the last time anybody was really talking about ND was when they lost to Northern Illinois,
00:48when they were upset by Thomas Hammock and the Huskies.
00:52And since that point, all they've done is regroup, refine their offense, largely on
00:58the running game, whether it's Jeremiah Love or Riley Leonard, the quarterback, the defense
01:04is exceptional.
01:06They've had some tough losses.
01:07They lost one of the best cornerbacks in the country in Benjamin Morrison.
01:12In his place, Leonard Moore, true freshman, has been phenomenal trying to work his way
01:17into a freshman All-American type of honor.
01:22Notre Dame is interesting to me because they're actually a little bit beneath the radar, but
01:26playing very well.
01:28And in year three, Marcus Freeman looks like he's maturing into a really big time coach.
01:36That's the expectation.
01:37He's got all of the tools as a teacher, as a recruiter, as a mentor.
01:41He's got everything, but was still young when he replaced Brian Kelly.
01:46So ND is really interesting to me when we get to playoff time.
01:49Now, Tennessee, you lose between the hedges in Athens.
01:53I think they're still be in the playoff picture, but obviously can't lose a game, can't stumble
01:59to Vandy at the end.
02:02That would be an interesting matchup.
02:03Yeah.
02:04And then some of the parts of their play, they just kind of started to fall apart there.
02:07While Georgia has been good in some of their moments and played well, I just felt like
02:13there was moments where Tennessee kind of beat themselves there, but maybe that's where
02:16more inexperience came into play versus, you know, Georgia being in a do or die moment.
02:20So kind of a lot to unpack from that game, but needed some time to let it all settle
02:25in.
02:26That's for sure.
02:27Notre Dame flying under the radar.
02:28They did not like it when Northern Illinois put a beating on them and that has shown game
02:32in and game out.
