00:00Hello and welcome to Coffee Catch-Up. I'm Theo Cousin-Betts and today I'm drinking
00:04a chai latte from Nibble. We'll start with some pieces by Patrick, who's been hard at work. Firstly,
00:09he's written an article on Manchester being named by Time Out as one of the top 14 cities in Europe
00:14for spending time over the winter. To find out where he ranks, you'll have to check out the piece.
00:17Over to football, Rich Fay and Michael Plant have both put out some great work. Rich is already
00:21looking ahead to the arrival of Ruben Amorim, as well as marking two young stars as key for
00:25the Portuguese manager's plan for the club. Michael interviewed Jadon Heskey, son of Emil Heskey,
00:30who has high expectations after being promoted into the Man City under-21s this season. Finally,
00:34some work from Sofia, who went on a trip to Uzbekistan and has done a wonderful job in
00:38explaining why the country is on the verge of a tourism boom. It's bittersweet for me to be
00:41talking about her today, as last Friday was Sofia's final day in Manchester World. She's
00:45a brilliant writer and an awesome person who's made my job here much easier. Keep an eye out
00:49for what she does in the future, because I can guarantee it's brilliant. Sofia, thank you for
00:53being a part of our family here. That's all for now. Follow Manchester World for more,
00:57and we look forward to seeing you again next week for another Coffee Catch-Up.
