00:00When life gets overwhelming, what do you like to do to de-stress?
00:03Hanging out with friends, you know, going down to the pub or something,
00:05you know, just something to take your mind off something that's stressing you out really.
00:08I like to sing, so I do a bit of singing.
00:11Spend time by myself, just like chilling.
00:13A bit of pampering, face masks.
00:15I tend to listen to quite a lot of music.
00:17I find that really helps because you can just distract from everything.
00:21Have a glass of wine, a bit of exercise always helps as well.
00:24What piece of advice would you give to someone dealing with stress?
00:28Ooh.
00:30Focus on the things that are stressing you out
00:32and allow them to be separated and compartmentalised away from your whole life.
00:39I can't top that answer, to be honest.
00:40I think to always remember that problems can be solved
00:44and if it's out of our control and we can't solve it,
00:46then there's nothing we can do and just take a step back,
00:49take a deep breath and try and look at it from a new perspective.
00:52Make a list.
00:52List of everything you need to do and then tick them off one by one.
00:56As soon as it's more manageable,
00:57then it definitely always feels better to be able to tick something off.
01:01In the future, it's not going to matter.
01:03In the long term, it's not going to affect your life forever
01:07and you've just got to sort of think past that
01:09and get on with life in itself and just be in the moment.
