00:00Hi there, yeah, I'm Chris Newsome from HBD and we're delighted to be partners with
00:14Barnfield Construction as HBB and we're delighted to win the award this evening.
00:19Well it's great, it's a scheme called Aftus, junction 31A of the M6 and we're
00:26creating about 800,000 square feet of logistics space and manufacturing. We're
00:32on site at the moment and spring next year we'll be fully up and running with
00:37the units. Glad to be here, glad to be a winner for the first event, the inaugural
00:41event, so no it's really good, it should come back to Blackpool each year,
00:45excellent place. So we are Coal Collect Construction and we've won the Social
00:51Impact Award. So we've rejuvenated the ex Fleetwood Hospital into a community
00:59trust youth zone. So what the building is now providing is a facility and a
01:06service to the local community to enable the youth of Fleetwood to have a place
01:12to go and make their own really and have some access to services in and around the
01:17area and a place where they can feel at home and get some assistance with their
01:23life. No, it's very privileged to be up there for a nomination and to win the award is
01:31fantastic because it's such a superb development and we're really proud to be
01:36associated with the Fleetwood Community Trust and the link up with the, just what
01:41they're doing in the Fleetwood community is impressive. Next is a big
01:46even better, hopefully the Fleetwood, the former Fleetwood Hospital is going to be
01:49redeveloped further and Coal Collect will hopefully continue a community
01:53programme similar to this in Fleetwood in and around the Lancashire area.
01:57Hi, we're from Knapplands and we've won Loughburn of the Year of Insiders property
02:03awards in Lancashire. We stand out on the basis of who we act for, what we do, how we
02:08go about it, the volume of transactions we complete. I think it's in Tecco really, that's where our pedigree is
02:14from, we've got a long provenance of operating in Lancashire and we're
02:19upholding that and going further. More growth, more of the same to some extent
02:23but maybe some exciting news moving forward. Amazed really, lots of numbers,
02:29clearly you needed a bigger venue due to the amount of people that you sold
02:33tickets to which is fantastic to see. This is an area that sometimes gets
02:37overlooked, you haven't overlooked it, we've enjoyed it, it was a pack rail fence.
02:41We are Northstone Developments Limited and we've just won Best Residential
02:46Development of the Year, development in Balfour and Coal Kelms. So the
02:51development is 239, two, three and four bed homes, a mixture of shared ownership
02:58and a mixture of four beds, we've got some affordable rental on there so it's
03:04a good mix, good tenure mix of properties. It's nice, it's good to represent
03:09Lancashire for a change, everything normally is in Manchester so yeah it's
03:13made a great difference. A lot more houses, hopefully a lot more
03:17designs from Northstone, so yeah, lots. More sites in Lancashire, more sites in Lancashire hopefully, yeah Lancaster, Lancaster's starting, yeah Lancaster coming soon.
03:26We work for WSP, so we're here on behalf of Eden Project and we've just won
03:33Future Ambition Award. So the Eden Project is a, it's going to be a truly
03:38transformational project for both Morecambe and the North West of England. It's going to maximise the regeneration
03:49benefits of the town and really just lead to massive transformation for the
03:55area. But it will be very different, it will showcase local environmental issues in
04:01the area. I don't think we ever expect to win anything but it's a great project. We didn't expect to win but we're super
04:08chuffed to win and very privileged because I think Eden Project will change
04:14and transform lives of the local, you know, the people that live in the area
04:20but ultimately it's a catalystic for growth for the North West to get such a
04:26prestigious project on the doorstep and for everybody to sort of like take heed
04:31from that. So yeah, super, super delighted to win.
04:35Seeing the design going forward with, you know, the team down at Eden, they're down
04:40there today with people from Lancaster City Council, Lancashire County Council there.
04:44We're moving the design forward for them and starting to look to actually see it
04:48sort of preparing for it to come out of the ground.
04:51Detailed design next year and then spades in the ground. Completion 2028.
