00:00I spoke to Regan Poole, we all did, the media spoke to Regan Poole yesterday, lovely lad,
00:06very eloquent, very open, and he talked about his issues coming back from injury, where
00:11he said, and this story will appear later on our website, he said basically that the
00:17biggest task for him, the biggest challenge for him coming back from nine months out injured,
00:21wasn't actually physically and his body, it was mentally.
00:25It was mentally coming back from all that time out, readjusting, having faith in his
00:31body, and he said he struggled mentally to cope with that.
00:34So as you say, you can come back from nine months out injured, go back in the team, physically
00:39you feel great, look fine, but mentally it's different and it's a really strong piece with
00:46Regan about that, because he said his body's fine, and he was always told that the adrenaline
00:52will get you through the first few games, and we saw at Burnley, it was magnificent,
00:57and then the adrenaline goes and then you sort of drop.
