00:36The new BSP program is part of the government's roadmap

00:40for the wider use of technology

00:44where 50% of business transactions

00:47can be made through digital payments.

00:51Our main objective here is to have an option for our investors

00:58to pay through digital payments,

01:01whether it's through our eWallet or our online bank account.

01:04So we're promoting the use of technology

01:11for our transactions.

01:14The DICT and DILG are both

01:17far from the Palengk URPH

01:19that can solve the spread of pekingpera,

01:21especially among families.

01:23Since there's no physical money,

01:25and we know that Christmas is coming,

01:28there's a lot of counterfeit money going around.

01:31So if we use digital money, we can avoid it.

01:34Currently, seven LGUs in Calabarzon

01:37are using the Palengk URPH

01:39and it's expected to increase in 2025.

01:43BSP and DICT believe

01:46that improving the ICT infrastructure

01:49through digital payments

01:51will create a more sustainable and inclusive economy

01:54for industries in Calabarzon.
