00:00In the face of the oncoming typhoons, the government did not provide assistance to the affected families.

00:09In Ilocos Region, the bad weather brought by the typhoon Ophel and landslides did not stop the relief assistance in Adams, Ilocos Norte.

00:20When DSWD field office 1 in Ilocos Region, the family food bags were pre-positioned in satellite warehouses.

00:32Meanwhile, the families in Pangasinan were also provided with relief assistance.

00:37Even the residents of Island Barangay were not able to overcome the disaster.

00:42One of the family food bags was sent to the municipality in Amulong, Cagayan as a response to the effects of the typhoon Ophel.

00:55With the help of DSWD, PNP, BFP and the local government of Isabela, the family food bags were successfully distributed to the families.
