The tabling of the Gig Workers Bill has been postponed to allow for more engagement sessions with stakeholders, says Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil.
Speaking at a press conference on Friday (Nov 22), Fahmi, who also serves as the Unity Government spokespman, stated that the Cabinet had been informed of Human Resources Minister Steven Sim's decision to delay the bill, originally scheduled for presentation in Parliament this December.
