00:00The start of week number 12 last night, short week Thursday night football and yet a divisional
00:08duel in Cleveland between the Steelers and the Browns based on projected weather, cold
00:15rain, wintry mix into a full on blizzard.
00:19We expected it to look like an old school AFC North battle for the first three quarters
00:25in the first 45 minutes, it virtually was, and then 27 combined points in a fourth and
00:32final frenzy that led to a Browns upset and outright victory as a three and a half point
00:40underdog.
00:41Cleveland wins 24 to 19 in the snow last night at Huntington Bank Field, 24 to 19, a victory
00:49for the Browns playing, spoiler once again, Joe, within the AFC North.
00:55Yeah, and I mean, listen, kudos, both these teams on a short week and Jameis Winston,
01:03I think played great.
01:05And this was the first time I think he's actually played in this kind of weather, certainly
01:10didn't play in it when he was at Florida State.
01:13But I believe this is the first time sub 40 degrees that he was out there and he looked
01:18like he'd been playing it for a very, very long time.
01:21So give credit where credit is due.
01:24And that is to the Cleveland Browns defensive line that just simply bulldozed the offensive
01:31line of Pittsburgh all night long.
01:34Garrett was all over the place last night.
01:38And you had Russell Wilson holding on to the ball too long.
01:41If it wasn't for that fumble in the fourth quarter there by Jameis, which really got
01:47Pittsburgh back into the game.
01:50My goodness, this this wouldn't have been close, I don't think.
01:53And ironically enough, Ben, look at the numbers.
01:56Pittsburgh outgained them, held on to the ball longer.
01:59All the stats favored Pittsburgh except the one that matters, which is the final score.
