00:40And I understand you didn't think you were going to get a chance to get the 26

00:43but once you did and once you got thrust in a position to start him and once you
00:47were four and two with that quarterback, who cares about the playoffs?
00:51Figure out if this is the guy you want to be the future of your franchise.

01:13So let's not pin it all on Justin Fields because every quarterback needs good
01:17development teachers around him. When they transitioned to the NFL,
01:21part of what's happening with Jane Daniels is the fact that he's got cliff
01:23Kingsbury around and we can have differing opinions.
01:26And I know there's a lot out there on cliff Kingsbury's pluses and minuses,
01:30but I think he understands the quarterback play.
01:32I think Jane Daniels is benefiting a lot from cliff Kingsbury being around.
01:36So that being said,
01:36the Steelers really need to figure out quarterback first and foremost,
01:39because they have coach. I think, I don't think Tomlin's going anywhere,
01:42but maybe it is time for a change more on that later,
01:46but they definitely need more wide receiver help too.
01:49And they're going to need running back help too,
01:50because Najee Harris and Jalen Warren, both are going to walk possibly.
01:53So now all of a sudden you're looking at a completely revamped offense.
01:57And are you trusting Arthur Smith to be that guy, to revamp that offense, Matt,
02:00to me, that is the biggest problem here for the Steelers.
02:02There's just so many questions, right? So many questions.
02:05And there's no answers on personnel.
02:07I've heard the rumors about Aaron Rogers and Devante Adams coming in.
02:11You want to talk about side shows, man, that is a side show.
02:14I could see people trying to chase after those guys with terrible towels after
02:19two weeks. It would not be the situation. I think anybody would be looking for.
02:23So quarterback, massive problem.
02:25And the fact that they weren't willing to step back one year as an organization
02:28to figure that out is it's unforgivable for me.
02:32I think it's going to set the Steelers back five years.
