00:00Kanye West filed a case of assault and strangulation by the former America's Next Top Model contestant.
00:08The case was filed against the American rapper, Kanye,
00:11the former America's Next Top Model contestant, Jen Han,
00:15for committing sexual assault and molestation while shooting a music video back in 2010.
00:24According to the lawsuit, the incident happened on the set of the In For The Kill music video
00:30that was shot in a suite at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City.
00:34The model added that the American rapper violated the New York's Gender Motivated Violence Act
00:41and he also filed a trial by jury for punitive damages,
00:45attorney costs, and damages for mental, emotional, and physical injury,
00:50distress, pain, and suffering, and injury to reputation.
00:55Aside from being third place in the 13th season of America's Next Top Model,
