'Di lang lugar para sa karunungan, nagsilbi ring kanlungan sa panahon ng unos ang ipinatayo nating Kapuso Classrooms sa Catanduanes. Para ipadama sa mga mag-aaral ang diwa ng kapaskuhan kahit pa hinagupit ng Supertyphoon Pepito, nagbigay ang GMA Kapuso Foundation ng maagang pamasko.

00:31Not only the houses, but also many structures were destroyed by the super typhoon Pepito in Katanduanes.

00:40Some schools were also destroyed.

00:43But the Kapuso Classrooms we built in Palta Elementary School in Virac

00:49were still built and became the residence of the residents.

00:56Imelda was the first to signal No. 5 in their area.

01:01We have two-year-old children and four-year-old children.

01:12The past typhoons were strong, so we planned to move here.

01:19Our three Kapuso Classrooms in Mabini Elementary School in Panganiban

01:29Before, we were afraid that a typhoon would come and destroy everything.

01:35But when we had a GMA building, it was a big blessing for us.

01:42Our wallings are made of straw.

01:44It can withstand up to 200 kph of strong typhoon wind.

01:53It can withstand up to intensity 8 of landfall.
