00:07whose family is complete during Christmas, especially the children,

00:11is the wish of the mothers who are determined in the correctional.

00:14This was fulfilled by the J. May Capuzza Foundation

00:16under the Give-a-Gift alias the Batang Pinoy Christmas Project.

00:24This Christmas,

00:25no one will ask for a mother to be imprisoned,

00:30but to embrace her child.

00:32That is the Christmas wish of the PDL, or Person Deprived of Liberty,

00:37which we will fulfill under the name of Lili,

00:40who has been in prison for two years.

00:43She also wants to give her four children a good life.

00:46She was forced to join the police force.

00:49Human trafficking because of poverty.

00:52I have four children and my husband died.

00:55I don't know how I will start to raise them.

00:59But now, she has made a big change.

01:02She is now closer to God,

01:04and her constant prayer is that her children will be with her.

01:09Every year, the J. May Capuzza Foundation

01:12gives joy to PDLs

01:15in the Correctional Institute for Women

01:17under our Give-a-Gift alias the Batang Pinoy Christmas Project.

01:22That is why we brought their children there

01:24so that they can be together even for a short period of time.

01:28We also gave the Noche Buena Package and toys to the children

01:32along with the AFP Joint Task Force NCR.

01:36We are happy to be with the forces

01:38because our mission here is to help

01:42and make the Filipinos happy here in the National Capital Region.

01:46It is a big help for the mothers

01:48to have their children with them now.

01:51Hopefully, they will feel that we believe in them,

01:56that they can change,

01:58and that they still have a future ahead of them.

02:01I don't know if I can be with them.

02:04I am thankful to the J. May Foundation

02:07that even once a year,

02:10I can see my children.
