00:09Tuesday around 7 a.m. local time when one of the cables snapped, leaving it dangling by one cable
00:14900 feet above the ground. On board were two adults and six children between the ages of 10
00:19and 16 years old. One of them reportedly has a heart condition and was unconscious for several
00:24hours. Pakistan's military has successfully rescued four of the children, but efforts are
00:29still underway for those remaining. Multiple helicopters have taken part in these rescue
00:33attempts but have been unsuccessful. The mission is especially precarious due to the gusty winds
00:38and concerns that the helicopter's blades could further destabilize the lift. The cable car is
00:42one of the main modes of transport between the village and local school due to the mountainous
