00:03Protesters took over an NYC subway station after a passenger put a man in a chokehold,
00:08killing him. The victim, 30-year-old Jordan Neeley, was reportedly shouting at people
00:13and pacing back and forth on a train when fellow passengers tackled him. One rider,
00:18who has been identified as a 24-year-old Marine veteran, then put Neeley in a
00:22chokehold until he went limp. Warning, we will now show the video footage of the incident.
00:30Neeley was a known busker who often impersonated Michael Jackson and was
00:42reportedly experiencing homelessness. Following his death, the Marine was interviewed by
00:46detectives and released. A medical examiner has since ruled Neeley's death a homicide
00:51and the district attorney is now conducting a rigorous investigation.
