00:36a civil fine of $2,500 per violation, which could add up to a substantial amount given the millions
00:42of people who attempted to purchase tickets. Even if there was no intentional collusion,
00:46the lawsuit asserts the company wasn't prepared for the high levels of traffic,
00:50which Swift herself has also claimed.
