Lawmakers are calling on the Pentagon and other government agencies to be more transparent about UFO and UAP findings following a startling testimony from a former military intelligence officer.
Transcript
00:00A whistleblower testified that government agencies are knowingly withholding information
00:03about UFOs from Congress. So who is the whistleblower? Brute can explain in less than 60
00:08seconds. The whistleblower, David Grush, is a former military intelligence officer and worked
00:13on two separate Pentagon task forces assigned to investigating unidentified anomalous phenomena.
00:18The Pentagon and other government agencies claim that most of the phenomena are airborne trash,
00:24Chinese spy balloons, or weather instruments, not proof of aliens. During his testimony,
00:29however, Grush alleged that non-human biologics have been retrieved from some aircrafts. The
00:34Pentagon denied this as well, saying there is no verifiable information that supports the notion
00:39that extraterrestrial materials have existed in the past or exist currently. Regardless,
00:44lawmakers hope that Grush's statements will encourage government agencies to be more
00:48transparent about their findings with Congress. In an amendment to the defense spending bill,
00:52a group of bipartisan legislators want the agencies to hand over their findings to a
00:56review board for immediate disclosure.
