00:00Yeah, he's starting to recognize him more, right?
00:02And I think getting Braxton Jones and obviously Darnell right back,
00:05getting a little more settled on that offense line,
00:08having Tevin Jenkins start and finish the game, right?
00:11Having Coleman Shelton and Caleb Williams' relationship growing.
00:14And Thomas Brown, whatever language Thomas Brown speaks,
00:18it seems like Caleb understands it.
00:20It seems like he knows exactly what Thomas Brown wants.
00:23Now, they did have a hiccup in overtime, right,
00:25where they had to delay a game penalty, get the play in, right?
00:28Get the play in fourth and four, you know, where we missed Keenan Allen again.
00:32The play gets in late, whoever you want to blame for that.
00:34Do they know they're going for it?
00:35Do they know they're not going for it?
00:36But this young quarterback does look a little more comfortable.
00:39I will say this, it was kind of the same thing even with Shane Waldron.
00:44They're very comfortable at home with their protection teams, right?
00:47So now, this is the first time we'll see Thomas Brown at offense coordinator
00:50on the road versus the Detroit Lions.
00:52Very, very good football team.
00:54Obviously, everybody knows that.
00:55But Caleb Williams, you cannot argue, since Thomas Brown has come in,
00:59does not look more comfortable.
01:01Looks like he's getting the plays out there.
01:02Like you're saying, David, organizing protections.
01:05And maybe some of that is the growth that he had through them letting him do it, right?
01:09A lot of us want to rush it, right?
01:11Like, why are you making him do too much?
01:12Even me, I was saying that.
01:13Like, take away some of his responsibilities.
01:16But sometimes, you go through these periods in your career where you struggle.
01:21You struggle with things, but the coach keeps asking you to do it,
01:25and you get more and more comfortable doing it.
01:27And then, you know, three, four games later, you come out of it,
01:30and you start to play a little bit better.
01:31But Caleb, you know, even Green Bay, right?
01:33Last week, he checked the protection right before the missed field goal.
01:37He checked a seven-man protection.
01:39He hit Keenan Allen.
01:40I think it was for 12 yards.
01:41So he's been doing this, guys.
01:43And I tell you what, man, it is impressive.
01:45It is impressive, no matter if you're at home or not,
01:48to go against Flores' defense, to go against Harrison Smith,
01:51who's making a lot of checks on the field, to recognize the blitzes,
01:54and then, I mean, the throws, right?
01:57I mean, guys, the throws he was making, there were guys there to pick it off, right?
02:01It wasn't like these guys were wide open.
02:03And this, we're talking about NFL windows.
02:05And he was, I mean, it was like the guys were too slow to get to his ball, right?
