00:00I think it's a white. Aromas are stronger. I think this one is without sulfate. My
00:14final guess is the first one I think it's a white inorganic. The second one
00:21for me it's a rosé organic and vegan. The third one is the wine without sulfate.
00:27And the last wine is the biodynamic wine. I'm a professional of wines and I'm used
00:33to taste wine every day. Don't worry you don't have to be an expert to feel the
00:38difference between biodynamic wine, organic wine or sulfur-free wine. You
00:43just have to know how to read the label. I will show you how. When you see the
00:47phrase made with organic grapes that tells you that this wine is organic
00:55according to European certification.
01:04This wine is made in biodynamic agriculture. You have to find a logo on
01:10the back label. In biodynamics we observe and work with nature to restore balance
01:17without chemicals. For my opinion viticulture should set an example for
01:31agriculture. 20 years ago I have decided to shift gears preserving the nature,
01:54keep the connection with the climate, with the soil. Of course we are facing a
02:00lot of challenges now with a global warming and we need to adapt. If you are
02:06looking for a vegan wine you have to find this logo. That means we haven't used
02:13animal-based agents to clarify the wine.
02:19This wine is USDA organic wine. You can find this logo on the back label. That
02:39tells you that it has been done by organic practices and without added
02:45sulfite.
