00:00I was taken by the morality police because my pants weren't wide enough
00:07and they take you for the weirdest reasons, okay, your nail color, your hijab, your clothing, anything
00:16if they just feel like taking you, they will take you and there is no one who can stop them
00:30A few years back I was in Iran, it was the last day in Tehran and I was on the road with my cousin
00:41when a woman suddenly came in front of me like literally this close, she was dressed all in black
00:48and the Iranians know how they look and she asked me what is this and I really didn't know what she's
00:54talking about. Basically, I was taken by the morality police, Gesht-e Irshad, how we call them
01:02because my pants weren't wide enough, they were tight so you could see my ankle
01:11even though my mantle which is that thing what you have to wear which has to cover your bum and
01:16cover everything basically was as long, it was so long it was covering my ankle but my pants
01:23were not wide, they were tight because of that I was taken in a van
01:30in the same van that Mahsa was in, I was taken in and I was taken to the re-education center
01:38where they took Mahsa as well until someone comes and picks me up with the right clothing
01:45now my cousin was freaking out, my family was freaking out, when I reached there they took my
01:50passport and they took my phone. The way they scare you, the things they do with you, this is
01:57not the way anyone should live in Iran. I don't want my people to live like this, I don't want
02:03any woman to live like this, no woman deserves this, everyone should be free to do, say, wear whatever
02:10they want to and this small story was just so you understand that what happened to Mahsa could
02:18have happened to me and it can happen to any woman in Iran.
02:22So
02:41what we just need right now is help, we need everyone to spread the word, we need the world
02:48to see what these oppressors are doing with our women, with our people and that we're just fed up
02:54of them and we don't want them anymore, we don't want another Mahsa, we don't want, we just don't
03:01want them anymore, that's all, we don't want the Islamic Republic off Iran, we just want Iran back.
