00:00Well, looking at Liverpool and obviously Arnie Schlott coming in, you know, in the summer and a massive change.
00:07You know, a lot of fans didn't really know quite what to expect, you know.
00:11If you compared it to Eric Ten Haag coming from Eredivisie, it could have gone one of two ways.
00:16But Arnie Schlott has really taken well to the city and the fans.
00:19And, you know, the club as well have seemingly really openly accepted him as if they did with Jürgen Klopp.
00:26So that's really honourable from them.
00:28You know, he's obviously made a fantastic start to life at Liverpool.
00:32But who have been the standout players who've maybe, you know, he's sort of tapped, you know,
00:37unreached potential with them or they've just sort of maybe started to come a bit more of a regular under Schlott?
00:44Who's that sort of been and how, you know, important have they been for him so far under Arnie Schlott?
00:50Well, the ones you're looking at, if you're talking about the ones who've really come to the fore,
00:55then obviously Mo Salah's majestic performances.
00:57I mean, Ryan Gravenberch, I've said it so many times, has been excellent in that No. 6 role.
01:02I think he has a little bit of a, I don't want to say a stuttering of a maiden season at Liverpool,
01:06but it was difficult for him to get real regular starts under his belt.
01:11But in that No. 6 role, he's really thrived and he's maybe saved Liverpool a lot of money by, you know,
01:19the ones, Martin Zuperman and Ryan Gravenberch have been excellent in that position.
01:24He's had so much control and he adds a little bit of physicality, a little bit of bite off the ball as well.
01:31And I've been really impressed by how Arnie Schlott's managed to keep Ibrahim Okanati fit.
01:38No one's ever disputed the Frenchman's qualities ever since he arrived at the club,
01:44but he's picked up so many niggles over time.
01:47It's been frustrating for him, to be honest with you.
01:50I know he's picked up a little issue and it's ended up being a bit of a prolonged absence.
01:56And the way Woody is, I doubt whether he could play two games in a week.
02:01He's playing very consistently for Liverpool and France so far this season.
02:07They're probably the two that stick out, but I think he's done really well.
02:11Curtis Jones as well, he's really kicking on now.
02:15Curtis Jones, he likes that little bit more control that Arnie Schlott's deployed for Avon Jürgen Klopp.
02:22It was a little bit more about counter-pressing and going to win the ball, which he was great at.
02:27But I think he likes getting on the ball and being able to put his foot on it and really get things going.
02:33And a little bit of a mention for Dava Nunes as well, because he has to score a lot of goals,
02:37but his pressing has been really impressive this season.
02:40I think maybe we don't judge him just on goals anymore.
02:46Whereas when he was in Klopp's system, it was very much creating chances for him.
02:51He has a lot of chances that he would miss.
02:54He isn't getting too many chances this season, but he's being maybe a little bit more of a focal point.
