00:00Oh my god, you're pregnant, you cannot exercise, you have to stop.
00:16Exercise for me is, yes, it's a job, but exercising, using my body is also for my mind.
00:38I spoke to multiple doctors, I figured out what it is I can and can't do.
00:43Therefore, yes, my exercise routine did require some modification.
00:57A back pain, you want to train your core functionally as a unit
01:00that includes your back, includes your sides and of course includes correct breathing techniques.
01:06Not only breastfeeding is forward holding, holding the baby is forward, everything is a forward
01:11movement. Therefore, the more you can train and open out your back
01:15and open out your chest, the more you can take that load.
01:36I'm endangering my child, you're harming your body, you're being unfair, you're being selfish,
01:44you're only worried about what she looks like. I came from a background of being overweight and
01:48underconfident. Fitness wasn't a sudden change for me, it was a gradual understanding of how
01:54that can change my life. You don't just suddenly bounce back. I felt a lot of women could then
02:12relate. They were like, wow, okay, we're experiencing the same thing. It's not normal.
02:17It's normal to feel like this.
02:23So
02:42a lot of people would attack me with those jokes, but I love them. I'm just like, you know what,
02:50I know what I did in order to get these and you ain't getting them.
