00:00And at this point, we will discuss an update on the programs of the current administration here in Mr. President on the Go.

00:23First of all, fellow countrymen, despite the calamities that have hit our country, our government does not forget the priority of encouraging our fellow countrymen to farm.

00:35President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. and Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado Estrella, III led the distribution of Certificates of Condensation with Release of Mortgage or Cochrome

00:48and distribution of Emancipation Patent or Certificate of Land Ownership Award and E-Title to the town of Cabagan, Isabela.

00:57In accordance with the New Agrarian Reform or Emancipation Act, 26,285 Certificates of Condensation with Release of Mortgage or Cochrome will be distributed to 21,964 agrarian reform beneficiaries from the provinces of Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino.

01:19These are the farmers who own more than 22,000 hectares.

01:25Even though the government has a lot of farmers, the debt is high so it is better to distribute the land owned by the farmers and also the debts of the farmers to their own land.

01:37President Marcos, Jr. is proud of his continued work of the government to help Isabela and other provinces that were hit by the following typhoons.

01:47He is also proud of the farmers, especially the land owners, who contributed to the development of the agricultural sector.

01:56The distribution of land is in line with what the government is doing to modernize the agricultural sector so that it can provide sufficient food to the country.

02:08A separate distribution will be held in the province of Cagayan on December 9, 2024 in Solana, Cagayan where 6,803 certificates will be given to 6,300 ARVs that cover more than 6,000 hectares of agricultural land.

02:27Based on the data of the Department of Agrarian Reform or DAR Region 2, 33,088 certificates will be awarded to 28,264 beneficiaries.

02:39More than 1.1 billion pesos will be paid by the government to the land bank of the Philippines.

02:47And that is the update on the programs of the current administration until the next episode of Mr. President On The Go.
