00:00The target of the Department of Agriculture is to get foreign investment so that the sector of agriculture of the country can be strengthened.
00:07At the Press Conference of the Executive of the President in 2024 yesterday,
00:11the Agriculture Spokesperson, Assistant Secretary Arnel de Mesa, said that
00:16there are 12 to 14 new financing projects in the Philippines.
00:21This is in cooperation with the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and the French government.
00:26This includes the Philippines' $1 billion Sustainable Agriculture Transformation Project
00:32which is expected to strengthen the agreement in June 2025.
