00:00The Zamboanga Peninsula Board has approved an additional P33 wage hike throughout the province.
00:08According to the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board 9,
00:12more than 90,000 private sector workers will benefit from the increase in the daily wage,
00:18where their daily salary will increase by P414.
00:24From P381 for the non-agricultural sector,
00:29as well as service and retail establishments that have 10 or more employees,
00:36the salary adjustment will be P401 to P368 for those in the agriculture sector.
00:44Meanwhile, the so-called wage order will be effective on December 12 this year.
