“Dodgy” supermarkets could face fines of $10 million under new crackdown

The Federal Government has proposed a new crackdown which would see “dodgy supermarkets” fined for breaching the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct. The ACCC would also be given extra powers to issue infringement notices to supermarkets that breach the code.
