00:00What are the prospects for the Ateneo and, above all, for the territory for young people?
00:18Certainly great prospects. The fact that MAIRE has decided to invest here, to invest in this territory, is really a winning bet and we are particularly happy to continue to intensify the collaboration.
00:36We have already made an edition of the Academy, Project Control Management Academy, together with MAIRE. Young people have all been hired. We are about to launch a second edition, but then we have a Memorandum of Understanding for collaborations.
00:56I believe that there are great opportunities for the University, for MAIRE, for the whole territory. We are particularly happy.
01:07Collaboration with MAIRE, therefore with a company, to prevent, or at least limit, the brain drain?
01:14Absolutely yes, but also to train together, not in a purely academic way, but to train young people directly for the world of work.
01:31This is an opportunity, together with many others, and I must say that in this territory the birth and flourishing of companies that intend to invest is really a great sign and the University will certainly be ready to have all young people, all young people with the right skills that are needed for these enterprises.
01:56So Ateneo is a kind of transition between companies and territory?
02:00More than being a transition, Ateneo is really the place where our young people find the launch pad to be able to project towards the future and clearly they are the wealth of the territory.
