00:00Frustration seems to be the most common word being branded about at the Academy
00:05of Light. Five consecutive draws for Sunderland in the championship is the
00:08reason why, with some of those results coming due to Sunderland giving up leads
00:12late on during matches such as against Coventry and Millwall. The goalless draw
00:18against West Brom however came because of the Baggies lack of ambition with
00:22Sunderland failing to break through their defences. Against Sheffield United
00:26on Friday the Black Cats will face much more of a threat but equally may have
00:30more space to exploit when they go forward. Regis Lebris outlined how much
00:36of a test the away trip to Bramall Lane will be despite the differences in
00:40opposition set up against different opponents probably two or three phases
00:48are more important that game and the other game will be two or three other
00:53phases so it depends on the situation and sometimes on the scenario as well
00:58because we can start with one scenario and finish with another one so a well-rounded
01:03team is absolutely requested in that league and I think so far these
01:10foundations are getting better and better. Given the different challenges that
01:14Sunderland face in the championship being versatile is something that Lebris
01:18considered very important. We are still finding out the different qualities of
01:28our players because they are young and I am still for some of them in the
01:34period to discover what they are able to do in different positions so it was the
01:39case for example for Luke and Trey because it was the first time for me in
01:42these positions and Eliza for example started as a 9 then had an
01:49opportunity as a 7 and he played as a 11 against West Brom so and it's not
01:59definitive one game it doesn't mean that you are able or you're not able to play
02:04in this position. Watching what happens against one opponent in a specific
02:10scenario and we can gain experiences for the players and for the staff as well
02:15and then it's a question of management during the game so I don't know before
02:18what will be useful. Sunderland are without some big names which has made their life
02:24more challenging. Romain Mundel in particular is a big miss although Lebris
02:29again call for adaptability. Good players are still very important for the team
02:38and it opens a new opportunity for others on that side so football and life
02:46are unpredictable we have to manage the situations and and sometimes you have to
02:52create something new. It's important for us but we have to wait.
