00:00Thousands of beneficiaries in Quezon Province have received e-titles and certificates of condemnation and release of mortgage or COPPRO for the first time in the Calabar Zone.

00:45She is one of the more than 4,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries of the Department of Agrarian Reform, or DAR,
00:52who received an e-title and certificate of condemnation in Quezon Province.
00:58She said that she was affected by the typhoons,
01:01so it was a big help because she will be able to use her salary for other needs in her farm.

01:22This is the first to share the Certificates of Condemnation and Release of Mortgage, or COPPRO, in the Calabar Zone.
01:30A total of 11,497 COPPROs were distributed to agrarian reform beneficiaries
01:37to improve agricultural productivity in the region,
01:41while more than PHP 441 million was condoned.
01:45The purpose of this initiative is to reduce the financial burden of farmers,
01:51including the 15 e-titles under the SPLIT project.

02:16The distribution of COPPRO is in line with President Marquez Jr.'s promise
