00:22According to the police, the suspect was driving a truck when the incident happened.

00:27When he approached the stoplight, the tricycle overtook the first complainant.

00:35The suspect got angry and pointed his gun at the first complainant.

00:43A witness saw the second complainant trying to block the truck.
