00:17Flooding in some parts of Kasiguran, Sorsogon resulted in heavy rains.

00:21The water in a barangay almost reached the top of a tall tree.

00:28In another barangay, there was a heavy rain that reached the houses.

00:34Due to the rapid rise of water in a barangay in Sorsogon City,

00:38more than 200 residents were evacuated.

00:43The houses in other barangays also almost reached the river.

00:49Several individuals who were trapped in the flooding river were rescued.

00:55In Vinzons, Camarines Norte, rescuers used a rubber boat to rescue more than 40 residents from the flooding.

01:04The landslides in Labo City also affected several residents.

01:07A house was swept away.

01:09The man who lived there was injured.

01:11His wife was also injured.

01:14In Ragay, Camarines Sur, a man who fell off a train and was swept away by the flood last Saturday was found dead.

01:20Two people were lost in Cabousaw City.

01:24In Catanduanes, Bumara, on a road, soil and stones were found.

01:30According to the Office of Civil Defense, more than 200 families in Bicol were evacuated.
