00:00My mom and I were at the Dollar General and we see this poor dog.
00:03We were like, if she has these puppies out here, they're all gonna die.
00:07She had this big old belly and I was like, you're coming home with me.
00:12She had that mama waddle.
00:14We were like, oh my gosh, this poor baby.
00:16She's okay, girl.
00:18We got her home and we got her a bath and then she just slept for like 24 hours straight.
00:24And then we just have this pregnant dog at our house and we're like, what do we do?
00:30But she would just do her mama waddle all over our yard.
00:34She just was the happiest girl.
00:36I was just there visiting for the weekends.
00:38I had to go back to school.
00:40And so my mom FaceTimed me and showed me everything.
00:43She gave birth one week to the hour after we found her.
00:47And they just kept coming.
00:48Oh my gosh.
00:50There ended up being seven.
00:52I got down there as soon as I could to see all the babies.

00:58I'm so obsessed with how they sleep.
01:00They just were little like piggies.

01:08Shuggie would take care of them.
01:10And it really wasn't a big deal up until they started getting a little bit more mobile.
01:14And it was just chaos.
01:20I mean, we literally had to chase them around like toddlers.
01:24They were nuts.
01:26Ouchie.
01:27You guys are too much.
01:29I was able to pick and choose the very best homes for them.
01:35One puppy stayed with my mom.
01:37And then I kept to it.
01:39I have a video of him being born.
01:41And it really is beautiful to me because he's my baby.
01:45They were incredibly wanted.
01:46And they all have great lives.
01:48I'll never forget this.
01:49It was such a monumental experience.
01:52I'm like, Shuggie, you hit the jackpot, girl.
01:54But we feel the same way.
01:55We really feel like they were meant to be in our lives.
