00:00Today is the day for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Bierman, not their divorce.
00:05That would be a really big day.
00:07But it is the day that their house goes up on the auction block.
00:10And this house has been the source of so much consternation and police visits, really.
00:17And on their final days in the house, there was yet another call for the police because
00:23as they were leaving the home, Kim and Kroy got into it.
00:26And it all started with the curtains.
00:30It's the one thing that is similar about both of their versions.
00:33They have very different versions about who did what to whom and who was to blame.
00:38But the police did come out there, take a report.
00:41And they both agree that this started with them taking the curtains down out of the house
00:46last week as they were preparing for today's auction.
00:49And it's a lot of back and forth.
00:51Like we've seen over a year now that this has been going on.
00:54So Kim is claiming that Kroy asked her to get off of the ladder and that in the process
01:01of her getting off of the ladder that he shoved her and pushed her to the ground.
01:04However, police that responded to the house spoke to their younger kids.
01:09And the kids say they didn't see Kroy push her to the ground and are basically saying
01:15Kim's narrative of events isn't actually what happened.
01:18What did they say happened?
01:20There was a lot of he says, he said, she said, Kroy allegedly they're saying attacked
01:26her from behind.
01:27That's what Kim is saying.
01:28The kids are saying that's not what's happened.
01:30Did they say what did happen?
01:32Yeah.
01:33One daughter had told police that she had fallen from the ladder.
01:36That Kim had fallen.
01:37That Kim had fallen.
01:39So they're saying in a sense, yes, she came off the ladder, but that's not what Kim is
01:43saying.
01:44Kim is saying Kroy pushed her off the ladder.
01:46I got to say, the curtains are a metaphor.
01:49Yeah.
01:50Curtains.
01:51It's curtains.
01:52And, and, and, and it was going to be something, whether it was curtains or the stove or something
01:57that it's such a tinderbox there that something was going to happen when they were moving
02:02out because look, I've covered a million divorces.
02:06And a lot of times what happens when it's, there's a lot of rancor is it just devolves
02:12and gets so nasty that at a point the parents kind of open their eyes and they say, my God,
02:17this is harming the children.
02:20And all of a sudden things kind of settle down.
02:24And that has not happened in this case.
02:26And I thought it was going to, I thought it was going to happen at some point, but there's
02:29been no evidence of that.
02:31No.
02:32And like you say, right up to this last day is they're trying to get out of the house.
02:36It does make you wonder like what, and we know that they are now living in separate
02:41apartments, but for the kids, you know, actually it's probably great for the kids that they
02:47are living in separate apartments.
02:48Well, the one thing they should do is if these kids are going back and forth, they need some
02:52neutral monitor to bring them back and forth because if the two of them interact, when
02:57that happens, you brought the kids late, you didn't pick them up on time, they get into
03:02an argument.
03:03There will always be something else.
03:04Always be something.
