00:00A man in Quezon City was killed after he was hit by a screwdriver in his chest.

00:05The suspect is a 15-year-old man who has been victimized twice in a row.

00:10He is now in the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

00:14And we have the first news, James Agustin.

00:20This commotion was between two groups of men in Barangay Teachers Village, West Quezon City.

00:25The 29-year-old man ended up on the side of the road.

00:30He was taken to the hospital but his finger was declared as a rival because of the impact on his chest.

00:36The screwdriver used in the crime was not recovered.

00:39According to the police, the victim and his friends were drinking at his house

00:43when they decided to leave to buy alcohol.

00:46When they were at the store, there were people approaching the victim.

00:53There was a bit of a fight.

00:56There was a fight until he was brought home to the police station.

01:00The police arrested the 15-year-old male suspect in a follow-up operation.

01:04The 19-year-old man was also arrested in the victim's neighborhood.

01:08Another suspect was also arrested.

01:11During their backtracking and reviewing the CCTV footages,

01:17the suspect was identified, especially the CICL suspect who assaulted the victim.

01:27The police turned over the minor to the Social Services Development Department.

01:31While the 19-year-old man was released from jail,

01:34he was in the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the QCPD.

01:38I was shocked. I was suddenly assaulted.

01:41They were all drunk. I don't know what happened.
