00:00A man was killed in Tondo, Manila after he was shot in the head.

00:09Two suspects were arrested, the victim's friends said.

00:23You can see two men fixing a motorcycle in the CCTV in Building 3 of Barangay 128 in Tondo, Manila.

00:30Just a few moments ago, a man in a blue T-shirt suddenly appeared in front of the motorcycle.

00:37He was shot by two men who were in the same motorcycle.

00:42Based on the story of the victim, he was inside their house to shoot

00:48and his neighbors just called him.

00:50My neighbors told me that someone shot him.

00:54I think it was his wife.

00:55When I looked around, I saw that he was bleeding.

00:59The 36-year-old victim tried to rush to the hospital, but he did not survive.

01:04Based on the police investigation, the victim was shot in the head.

01:11In the follow-up operation of the Homicide Section of the Manila Police District,

01:15suspects were arrested in the area of Honorio Lopez Boulevard.

01:20It was here that friends of the victim found out that he was shot.

01:25One of them was eating with us when he went to our house.

01:29That's why I was wondering why my husband was shot.

01:34Suspects were known as snatchers.

01:37He also admitted that he was imprisoned with his friends

01:40because of a case related to illegal drugs.

01:43He was using drugs, but he did not sell them. He did not do that.

01:51but they said that they did not know the victim

01:54because he was just snatching in their area.

01:56Now, the MPD is holding the suspects who are facing murder charges.
