00:00The Armed Forces of the Philippines assured that they are adhering to the constitution and administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

00:09This was said by some senior officials of the AFP when they made a courtesy call to House Speaker Martin Romualdez yesterday.

00:16In their help, Speaker Romualdez promised full support of the Camera in the AFP Modernization Program.

00:22He also reiterated his proposal to increase the daily subsistence allowance of soldiers to less than P350.

00:32This is also in line with President Marcos, Jr.'s desire for the betterment of the lives of uniformed personnel.

00:39House Speaker said that under the 2025 budget proposal, they have already raised funds for this.

00:46And if the Senate will support this, it is certain that it will have a better impact.

00:52The Speaker of the House also reiterated his support of the House of Representatives in the modernization of the Armed Forces of the Philippines

01:05as we really have to modernize with the demand of the modern times.

01:12Thank you very much to our Speaker of the House.

01:17And again, on behalf of our Chief of Staff, the Armed Forces of the Philippines will always remain to be loyal to our Constitution.
