00:20and the northeast of Luzon is affecting the extreme northern part of Luzon.
00:24In Batanes, there is a chance of heavy rain.
00:29In Cordillera, Administrative Region, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur,
00:33and a large part of Cagayan Valley,
00:35there is a chance of heavy rain and hail.
00:40The weather is better in Metro Manila and a large part of the country
00:43where there is a chance of localized thunderstorms.
00:54We have not issued a warning to any country in our country,
01:07but be careful in the northern part of Luzon
01:09because there will be heavy rain and hail.
01:12We also issued a weather advisory updated at 11 a.m.
