00:20Today, we are expecting the shear line.

00:23This is the salubungan of cold winds from the northeast and hot winds from the south.

00:29This is the shear line that continuously brings cold winds, heavy rains, and thunderstorms in Visayas, Licol Region, Mimaropa, Quezon, and Aurora.

00:39Eastern East brings cold winds and heavy rains when it snows in Maycaraga.

00:45Northeast Monsoon brings cloudy skies with rain in Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and most of Central Luzon and Calabarzon.

00:55The weather is better in parts of the country where it rains less, in parts of Luzon, and chances of localized thunderstorms in parts of Mindanao.

01:26For our seas, we still have a gale warning in the seaboards of Luzon and Silangang Seaboard of Visayas.

01:36That's why we need to be extra careful with our navigation.

01:40And if possible, do not sail small boats and motorbikes because it will be dangerous.

01:50We also have a weather advisory that was updated earlier at 11 a.m.

01:54Where heavy to intense rains are expected in Palawan, Sorsogon, Albay, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar Lite, Southern Lite, and Piliran and Modere.

02:06Heavy rains in Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Nasbate, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte.

02:16We do not monitor any low-pressure area or thunderstorms inside or near our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
