00:0039 Philippine delegates had a chance to visit two of the three holy sites for Muslims around the globe

00:07and perform the Islamic Religious Act, Umrah, in Makkah, Saudi Arabia

00:13under the pilgrimage program of the Kingdom of the Saudi Arabia, King Salman Abdul Aziz.

00:25About 40 Philippine delegates will be performing the Umrah,

00:32but first they have to perform their Niyah in the Miqat.

00:37This Umrah is a once-in-a-lifetime for all the Muslims around the globe to perform this, inshallah.

00:46A lot of people are flocking together in this masjid to have their intention,

00:53praying for Allah to accept their Umrah.

00:57Now traveling from Miqat, going to Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

01:02The delegates were warmly welcomed by Saudi Arabia as they arrived in Makkah.

01:10The pilgrims are now entering Haram.

01:13Each and every Muslims around the globe are thinking only one thing,

01:16to perform this act to please the Lord, forgive him and accept his Umrah.

01:21Finally, the glimpse of Kaaba, made of heavy textile with words written in gold.

01:28The Kaaba holds immense significance to Muslims around the world for several reasons.

01:33It is believed to be the holiest site in Islam.

01:38During their daily prayers, Muslims face towards the Kaaba,

01:42symbolizing unity and the universality of Islam.

01:46It represents spiritual center of Islam and is considered the house of Allah.

01:51Pilgrims here will have the Tawaf or the act to circumambulate the Kaaba

01:56seven times in a counterclockwise direction.

02:00It is sunnah for men to uncover the right shoulder throughout the Tawaf.

02:05Shortly after this act, he should pray two raka'a and offer a lot of du'as or prayers.

02:13The pilgrims now proceeded to As-Safa.

02:16As you can see, they climb As-Safa, turn to face towards the Qibla,

02:21raise their hands, magnify and praise Allah and say a prayer.

02:27After doing the sunnah of a lot of walking, finishing seven laps from As-Safa to Al-Marwah,
