00:00After dominating the Adams and Lady Falcons in the semifinals yesterday,

00:04the U.S.T. Growling Tigresses will face the NU Lady Bulldogs on a rematch

00:09in this year's UAAP Women's Basketball Finals.

00:13Here's the full report from Jamaica, Bayaka.

00:18The defending champions, University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigresses,

00:22have secured their ticket to the championship round of the UAAP Season 87 Women's Basketball.

00:28The U.S.T. overwhelmed the Adams and Lady Falcons in 71-59 yesterday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

00:35Leading the way for the Tigresses was Mythical 5 member Kent Jane Pastrana,

00:39who nearly recorded a triple-double with 23 points, 16 rebounds, and 8 assists.

00:45Under head coach Heidi Ong, the U.S.T. will compete against their rivals, the Lady Bulldogs, in this year's finals.

00:51Again, we have to work harder together.

00:54The things that we need to fix in this game,

01:01basically, that's where we will concentrate our turnovers.

01:06Again, it's a different game plan because,

01:09as you know, we have almost the same system, run and gun.

01:13In the NU, we are all on the high, right?

01:18We have to work harder.

01:20Pastrana is determined to prove that their team can repeat the victory from last year

01:25after preventing the Lady Bulldogs from achieving their eighth consecutive title.

01:29Maybe, we will just improve ourselves,
