01:34if they are legitimate, but they're not going to government.

01:39The P88 billion is in the form of taxes.

01:42These fake PWD IDs are really causing

01:46a lot of economic damage.

01:48The bad news, according to the Department of Finance,

01:53If there are many fake IDs,

01:59for the general consumers.

02:01Because one, these businesses are here to make profit.

02:07And if the system is abused with these discounts,

02:10then the only way to recoup those losses

02:16Gatchalian sees a solution.
