00:06in accordance with the correct wage payment tomorrow, December 8,
00:09to declare a special non-working holiday or non-working day
00:14as a celebration of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary.
00:18First reminder, if the employee is not going to work,
00:21the no-work, no-pay principle can be applied,
00:24except if the company and the employee have other agreements with the holidays.
00:29Second, if the employee goes to work,
00:32aside from his one-day salary,
00:34he should be paid an additional 30% of his basic wage
00:39for the first eight hours of his service.
00:42If the employee is still working overtime,
00:46he should be paid a higher salary on this day.
