00:00Let's take that wisdom onto the waver wire alliteration aside, a look at the quarterbacks
00:08last name is Wilson.
00:10Let's take that wisdom to the waver wire and talk Russell Wilson.
00:13Woo.
00:14I'm done.
00:15Uh, Russell Wilson is available in just over half of the leagues.
00:18Joe, take it away, please.
00:20Yeah.
00:21If you're looking for a streaming QB, uh, why not Russell Wilson?
00:24He is QB 12 this week coming off a game where he threw for 400 yards and three touchdowns
00:29against Cincinnati Bengals last time against Cleveland, uh, two 70 and a touchdown, despite
00:34the fact of whether it was a huge factor in that game in the second half.
00:38And you could argue, you know, outside of the game against Washington, that was kind
00:42of underwhelming.
00:45He's been pretty solid.
00:46Uh, he's been a QB one just once, uh, the last three weeks, but he was also a QB one
00:52in that Washington game.
00:53Believe it or not, because of three touchdowns, he did throw that, but the yardage total was
00:56a little underwhelming.
00:58However, I think this particular week, uh, in a big game in division where they did drop
01:03one to the Browns, we gave you that set earlier that the Browns haven't won in Pittsburgh
01:09since 2003.
01:12So I think that matters to the Pittsburgh Steeler fan base.
01:14I get matters to Mike Tomlin.
01:15I think it's going to matter to Russell Wilson.
01:17So Russell Wilson is a streamer this week, I think is a far safer play than say, streaming
01:23a Kirk cousins, uh, or even a Justin Herbert, to be honest with you, you know, with Ladd
01:26McConkie banged up.
01:27I know he's going to try to play, but still it's Herbert's had some really good games
01:31his career against the Kansas city chiefs.
01:33But right now, no Dobbins, McConkie injured.
01:37It's a lot of variables in that one.
01:39I think I would still lean towards Russell Wilson.
01:41I think he's a little bit safer in this game.
01:42I think the motivation is real to get back and avenge that loss from two weeks ago.
01:47All right.
01:48I like it.
01:49Uh, let's move now to a running back here.
01:52The San Francisco 49ers in dire need of help.
01:55Isaac Guerrero, which I believe translates to, I fought, uh, available in just about
02:01half of the leagues here, Joe, this is the, the only mouth to feed.
02:05So let's talk.
02:07I think he's ranked a little too high for my taste this week.
02:10But regardless, uh, even though he's RB 13, I think the little of that is we're having
02:16some other guys that are not around.
02:17Like I'd rather play Zach Charbonneau.
02:19I'll be honest with you.
02:20It's not that I don't like what I've seen out of Guerrero when he's been given a champs,
02:24he's been very good, but the Chicago defense is very strong.
02:28And I think there's a lot of question marks here in terms of what the 49ers have left
02:34in the tank.
02:35He's probably going to see between 15 to 20 touches in this game.
02:38Um, the Chicago run defense did have some issues against the Detroit lions, but that's
02:43the Detroit lions run game.
02:44So I don't know how much we want to take out of that.
02:47Uh, but the Rendo's got his full compliment of this workload.
02:51Maybe a little Kyle use check, get some action in this one, but it's Guerrero's to lose.
02:55So from a volume standpoint, I like it.
02:57He is still floating around there.
02:59And I think even if you were trying to block somebody else, if he's still floating around
03:02there, do it.
03:03If you have a dead spot in your lineup or you're holding two defenses, drop it and pick
03:06up Guerrero now just to have that running back because you never know what injury strikes
03:10this week.
03:11And the next thing you know, you need a running back.
03:13So even if you don't need Guerrero when he's floating out there, get him.
03:16I'm sure the teams that needed him have already gotten him.
03:19But if you're in a more shallow league, I still think he's worth rostering just because
03:22the rest of the year, it seems like the workload will be his and any running back and any Shanahan
03:27offense is one worth rostering period, end of story.
03:30And that's been the case for the last 30 years.
