00:00At the end of the 11th Vimpiaga Friendship Games, what can some foreign delegates say about the hosting of the Philippines' said game this year?

00:17The foreign delegates announced the success of the Philippines' hosting of the 11th Vimpiaga Friendship Games

00:23that was held from December 1 to December 7 in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

00:28Among the highlights of the event was the display of the culture of Palawan through traditional dance and music

00:35that was highly appreciated by the people of other countries,

00:38where they also presented the local foods that gave them a unique experience in the Philippines.

00:47The Vimpiaga Friendship Games was not only a success in terms of strength,

00:52but also a way to strengthen the unity of the countries in the region.

01:25The organizer of this sport, Vimpiaga, is really good and well-organized.

01:29All the staff are very friendly and we get well-known with all athletes from other continents.

01:35It's a great and awesome organizing event.

01:40At the opening ceremony of the Vimpiaga Friendship Games,

01:43it was hosted by a foreign athlete who watched the Olympic ceremonies.

01:50I'm very impressed because when I entered, I saw an Olympic opening. Wow!

02:01The Philippine Sports Commission was encouraged by Chairman Richard Bachman

02:06and Commissioner Walter Francis Torres to organize the 11th Vimpiaga Friendship Games in Palawan.

02:14Well, from the very start, during the planning stage, there were a lot of challenges and concerns.

02:21But even in the last minute, in a few days, we had to deal with some guidelines.

02:28But in general, I'm very thankful to the whole PSC Technical Working Group,

02:36as well as the NSAs involved in these games.

02:40The games were conducted in a very successful manner, and I'm sure this will be something to be remembered.

02:50More than 700 athletes and officials attended the Vimpiaga Friendship Games this year,

02:56which further strengthened the cooperation in the region through sports.

03:01After hosting the event, Vimpiaga will fly to Malaysia

03:06for the 12th edition of the Biennial Games in 2026.
