01:46Teodoro moved to the 2nd District because she plans to run there as part of her alliance with Pimentel.

01:58That's why in September 2024, she moved to the 1st District, which was approved by the local Comelec,

02:04but it was not approved by the Comelec 1st Division.

02:16Teodoro said that she presented strong evidence that her residence is in District 1.
