00:00The National Bureau of Investigation is still prepared to accept Vice President Sara Duterte's counter-affidavit even if she does not respond to the investigation.

00:17The Department of Justice denies Vice President Sara Duterte's refusal to respond to the second complaint filed by the National Bureau of Investigation.

00:26This is in line with Duterte's statement that she talked to assassins for President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Marcos, and House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

00:36DOJ said that if it was Vice President Sara's chance, she would explain her plan.

00:42But because she did not respond, even if there are threats against her life, the NBI will not look into it.

00:49It's sad that she doesn't want to use that chance to give the right context.

00:55Whatever the truth is, she can share it with the NBI so we can have a basis for evaluation if the case will continue or not.

02:28The Office of Civil Defense OCD called on residents near Vulcan Canlaon to immediately evacuate.

02:36In response to OCD Region 7 Regional Director Joel Erastain in the program Bagong, Philippines Ngayon,

02:42he said that it is a priority to evacuate the affected residents in a large area,

02:47especially now that it has reached 6 kilometers radius from the mouth of the volcano.

02:53He added that residents should be evacuated and removed because what is happening in the volcano is not a joke.

02:59As of now, many residents have already evacuated and evacuation centers are also increasing.
