00:00Good afternoon to all of us, our top dates for the upcoming weather.

00:05The shear line is still affecting the northern part of the Southern Luzon area.

00:09The shear line is caused by the cold air coming from the north coast and the hot air coming from the east coast.

00:16This is what is causing the heavy rains that sometimes have a strong downpour.

00:24And this has affected the part of Quezon and Bicol region.

00:28This is why our countrymen should be very careful, especially those who live in low-lying areas and in mountainous areas,

00:35in the possibility of flooding and landslides.

00:38Meanwhile, the north-east Monsuno-Amiha area is still affected by the severe part of the Luzon area.

00:44But in the part of Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Cordillera, and Cibregion,

00:49the sky will be cloudy with low to moderate rainfall.

00:56But here in Metro Manila, as well as in other parts of Luzon,

00:59the forecast is clear for the time being.

01:02But in the early morning, we still have a chance of light rain or thunderstorms.

01:08Here in the part of Visayas and Mindanao,

01:11we are also expecting fair weather conditions,

01:14but the chances of thunderstorms are still high this afternoon until later tonight.

01:19At the moment, we are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or typhoons

01:23that could possibly affect our country.

01:26But we are monitoring a cloud cluster outside our area of responsibility.

01:31And in our projection, it could be a low-pressure area in the coming days

01:38that could possibly affect the part of Mindanao.

01:42At the moment, it has a moderate chance of being a typhoon.

01:46That is why our countrymen should continue to be vigilant in the updates that come out of the forecast.

01:52But even if it is not a typhoon,

01:54we expect that it will bring rain in the part of Mindanao,

01:58as well as here in the eastern sections of Visayas.

02:01That is why our countrymen should be twice as careful and twice as well-prepared

02:05in keeping up with the upcoming updates,

02:08especially in our social media and our website.

02:14For the time being,

02:16because of the shear line,

02:18the Bicol region will still experience heavy rainfall,

02:22with scattered rains, landslides, and landslides.

03:15In Taguigaraw,

03:16because it's a cloudy day,

03:18the temperature will be between 23 to 29 degrees Celsius,

03:22and in Legazpi City, 26 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:27We also visited Puerto Princesa,

03:29where the temperature is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius tomorrow,

03:32and in Calayaan Islands, it's 26 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:37For our countrymen in Visayas,

03:40tomorrow, we still don't expect heavy rains here,

03:43but in the eastern section, or in the eastern Visayas,

03:46the chance of thunderstorms is high.

03:49And our temperature tomorrow in Iloilo is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius,
