00:15The man who was released in September was jailed again for 33 years

00:19after being jailed by his ex-partner.

00:23Based on the investigation of the police,

00:25the suspect went to the house of the victim in Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City.

00:29He called the victim's cellphone and asked where he was going.

00:36The victim verified it and looked outside the house.

00:40The complainant saw that he was holding a gun in his hand.

00:46The victim asked for help from his neighbor, who was off-duty at that time.

00:51The suspect was arrested and his gun was confiscated.

00:54His ex-partner was in front of the police station.

00:57The motive of this is that the suspect cannot accept that his ex-partner

01:06already has a wife when he was released from jail.

01:10The suspect was jailed for 14 years because of the robbery with homicide case.

01:14He said that he felt bad for his ex-partner.

01:17I planned to go to him at that time. I just wanted to see him.
